Established in 1958, St. Timothy School is a Pre-K through 8th Grade Catholic School, where for over 50 years, we have educated generations of children, instilling in them character, compassion and values for life. Under the nurturing guidance of our dedicated faculty, children at St. Timothy School are challenged academically and taught character building skills that they will use throughout their lives.
We understand that the years between four and fourteen are the most intensely productive and vital learning years in a child’s development. We know that early educational experiences help shape the kind of learners our students will become, so we focus on developing a spirit of inquiry and a joy of learning in our students, which helps them realize and build on their academic potential.
St Timothy School is a close-knit community. We are able to focus on each child as an individual, to understand what motivates them and to support their academic development. Our classes foster a feeling of family, a supportive climate of trust and understanding, community-based values, and teamwork. In this environment, children form positive and enduring relationships with classmates and teachers.
St. Timothy School students and faculty come from a wide variety of racial, ethnic, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our diversity enriches our students’ scholastic experience, and helps each child discover his or her own uniqueness and infinite worth as a human being … as well as that of their peers and teachers.
We hope our website provides you with a glimpse of the spirit and joy that St. Timothy students feel when they walk through the front doors of our school. The lessons our students learn, and the friendships they form are ones that they will remember and maintain throughout their lives. We invite you to visit, take a tour, and see for yourself that academic excellence begins here.
