APPLICATION PROCESS
Applicants must submit a completed application with the $75 application fee by the deadline date. Applications will be accepted past the deadline date, but please call the Admissions Office to check that space is available in the grade of interest. Any late applications will need to be accompanied by a check for $95.00.
Applicants will be scheduled for a readiness assessment evaluation conducted by Chancey and Bruce Educational Resources Inc.
Applications and the results of the assessment are reviewed by the principal.
Select students and families will be asked to interview with the principal as needed.
Acceptance letters will be mailed March 5, 2012 (Pre-K - 5th grades) and March 19, 2012 (6th and 7th grades)
(We do not enroll new 8th grade students.)

February 11, 2012 Chancy & Bruce assessment testing for prospective students held at St. Timothy School
March 5, 2012 Pre-k thru 5th Grade new student letters mailed
